Terms of Service

Last updated 24 August 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Clariofy (the "Service"), a client, task and invoice management platform for agencies and freelancers. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you are using Clariofy on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. Accounts and workspaces

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity in your workspace. Workspace owners and admins control who can join, what roles they hold, and what data they can see. You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis unless stated otherwise at checkout. Fees are charged to the payment method you provide and renew automatically until cancelled. Applicable taxes are added where required. Trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled first.

4. Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes not attempting to gain unauthorised access, not uploading unlawful or malicious content, not reverse engineering the platform, and not using it to send spam. We may suspend accounts that put the Service or other customers at risk.

6. Your data

You retain ownership of the client records, tasks, files and invoices you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host and process this content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for having the right to store any personal data you add about your clients and teammates.

7. Availability and support

We work to keep Clariofy available and secure, but the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Planned maintenance and occasional downtime may occur.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clariofy is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability in any twelve month period is limited to the amount you paid us during that period.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.

10. Contact
