1. Who we are

Clariofy provides a platform for agencies and freelancers to manage clients, tasks and invoices. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

2. Data we collect

Account data: name, email address, workspace name, and role.
Workspace content: clients, contacts, tasks, notes, uploaded files and invoices you create.
Billing data: subscription plan and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never stored on our servers.
Technical data: log data such as IP address, browser type and error reports used to keep the Service reliable and secure.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to provide and secure the Service, authenticate users, generate reports and invoices, process payments, respond to support requests, and send service or product communications you have opted into. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Sharing with processors

We share data only with the vendors needed to run the platform: cloud hosting and database providers, our payment processor, our email delivery provider, and the AI provider that generates report and reminder drafts. Each is bound by contractual confidentiality and processes data on our instructions.

5. AI features

Weekly report summaries and payment reminder drafts are generated by sending relevant task or invoice details to an AI model provider. Content sent for generation is not used to train third-party models.

6. Security

Data is stored in managed, encrypted infrastructure. Workspace records are isolated by row-level security so members can only read data belonging to their own workspace. File attachments are stored in a private bucket accessible only through signed links.

7. Retention

We keep workspace data while your account is active. When you delete a workspace or close your account, associated records are removed from live systems, with limited retention only where required for legal, tax or accounting obligations.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing. You can also unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in each message.

9. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember interface preferences. We do not use advertising cookies.

10. Contact

To exercise a privacy right or ask a question about this policy, contact us through the form on this site and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
